To make this process easier, I offer two different ways to connect, depending on what you need right now. If you know you are ready to start, self-book your first 60 minute session. Self Scheduling
Before scheduling, please note that I do not accept insurance and offer self-pay services only. Current rates are listed on the Fees page.
60 Minute First Therapy Session (Virtual or In-Person)
This option is best if:
You feel ready to begin therapy and comfortable starting in a standard 60 minute session first. The link will take you to my EHR system to self-schedule your first session and complete the required forms. If upon reviewing the forms we are not a good fit, I will reach out to you directly.
What we do in the first session:
Review practice policies
Get to know you and your story at a comfortable pace
Collaboratively decide whether ongoing therapy therapy, extended sessions or intensive work may be helpful moving forward
Answer any questions you have
Extended sessions (90 minute session, 2 hour, and intensives) are recommended after an initial 60 minute session based on clinical fit and readiness.

You have more questions before scheduling, or would like to set up a phone call to discuss options first, or you do not see a time/day that works for you on the self-scheduling tool.
