Helping women who look like they have it all together... finally feel like they do.

It’s heavy, isn’t it?

The weight of trying to cover up how you feel within; hoping nobody sees through the cracks.

Some days it feels like your mind is sprinting while your body is stuck in cement. You smile, crack a joke, keep moving down your to-do list, anything to avoid slowing down long enough to feel it all. But the heaviness doesn’t disappear; it just settles deeper.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You overthink texts, emails, or conversations for hours (or days)

  • You say yes when you really want to say no, then feel exhausted and resentful.

  • You still have a handful of memories that make your stomach drop when you think of them

  • You try to do everything perfectly, then criticize yourself when it doesn’t go right.

  • You notice everyone else’s feelings but struggle to identify and feel your own.

  • You want to speak up but guilt and worry hold you back.

Hey! I’m Jaimy

I work with women who look like they’re holding it all together on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or quietly exhausted on the inside.

I see the woman behind the jokes, the color-coded calendar, the unread texts, and the endless to-do list. The version of you who’s tired of holding it all together. Here, you don’t have to perform or be “fine.” You don’t have to prove your value. You don’t have to apologize for having emotions. I’m here. I see you. I get you.

I use a mix of EMDR, parts work, and somatic approaches so you can:

  • Reprocess past experiences and painful memories

  • Hold space and build compassion for every part of you

  • Reconnect with your emotions without shame

  • Practice boundaries, communication, and self-trust in everyday life

  • Build confidence that feels real.. not forced or fake

Finding beauty in every shade of women’s lives

You deserve a therapist who gets it.

The messy middle, the quiet panic, the invisible pressure, the unspoken hurt, and the parts you’re ready to let go of.

Let’s Talk.
